Lowestoft's beach north of Claremont Pier is a wide gently sloping sandy beach backed by the promenade and Victorian gardens. Claremont Pier is an old-fashioned pier located on a beautiful seafront. It offers a range of attractions and activities, including amusement arcades, a bar, and a restaurant. Visitors can enjoy arcade games, which are in good condition and provide entertainment. The fish and chips from the restaurant are a highlight, with fresh fish and delicious crispy chips. There are also lovely views of the seafront, and benches and seating areas to relax. It is recommended to visit Claremont Pier for a fun day out with friends or family. The pier has a large car park nearby.
